Was waiting surgery for my shoulder and humerus which I smashed 4 years ago, as the pain was still 24/7. I went to The Cedar Room for Myofascial Release (birthday gift voucher). Some 6 months later, I am pain free (other than when I push too hard), and I continue to improve and get stronger. I never believed it possible, but have just told the consultant/surgeon that I no longer want the operation. Sarah is calm, empathetic and patient. And her music playlist is pretty cool! 100% recommend.
