Male receptionist unbelievably rude. I didn’t need and appointment for what I was asking my for and he proceeded to aggressively repeat what is the appointment for at me? I had to put the phone down ignorant and vile behavior from him
Very happy indeed with the service today. They gave me an NHS referral to somewhere that wasn’t taking appointments and so they bent over backwards to make sure that I got a subsequent referral to another clinic that does a very good quality service and who will be happy to help.
I just wanted to recognise the great treatment I have just received from a local. Outstanding attitude, empathy and knowledge. I was very lucky as she has a special interest in my medical issue so was super helpful! Prescription and advice issued immediately and items picked up from my nominated chemist within 15 minutes! I also want to pay tribute to the lovely administrator who booked my appointment - so courteous and respectful and offered me a range of same day appointment times. A very happy patient today!
