The practice is organised, friendly and very clean. Dr Saw is the best!
Helpful, kind reception team and good experience with medical staff
I went to the back door of Cedar Practice to submit a urine sample, as requested by my doctor, Hesha da Silva (who is very attentive). This seemed logical to me because that's where blood samples are also collected. However, when I spoke to the receptionist, instead of simply directing me to the front door, she was extremely rude. She didn't seem to understand what I was saying, and ultimately told me, in front of another patient who was trying to help, 'This isn't a hospital, we don't accept urine samples here.
