The customer service is appalling. Booking appointments is a nightmare

I been using this surgery for 20 years. Omg. It gets worse everyday...I registered here since it's closer to me. Now I get referrals to Hayes station... This is £hit
Following my appointment on the 10th February 2025 I would like to say thank you Doctor H Sidhu for all his help and understanding as I have been getting slight pains near my heart he immediately requested ECG and blood test at Cedar Brook Practice and made an appointment at the Cardiology Department he went in depth to understand my concerns and made me feel comfortable in his presence he was extremely professional and goes beyond the call of duties to help his patients this follows the wonderful service provided by ACP Nur... read more
