Hello. I'm just curious, but is this building leasing yet? Sometimes I find myself wandering around in an alleyway behind your parking garage, pondering that very question. If so, management should consider adding some sort of non-intrusive messaging to the building. It could be something tasteful, perhaps even large, bold lettering. That way, while I am going about my day, I can feel like I'm being shouted at by a condo. Just a helpful suggestion from a friendly neighbor. Have a nice day!
Terrible idea to live in downtown if your going to complain about noise. Especially kill all the good bars and music around this place because you to damn sencitive to loud noise. Keep Austin fkn weird!!! If you want quite move outside of Austin city limits idiots. Geesh!
Very disappointed in this complex for bullying Aussies Beach Bar! Not only did they not allow patrons to play at Aussies during certain hours, they placed a HUGE banner facing the courts that only Aussies Patrons to see. It is an eye sore for anyone who actually wants to enjoy their day at the local bar. If you're not going to support local business, at least take down the enormous sign on your garage that is only visible to the people at Aussies!
This new complex is next to an Austin staple..Aussie's volleybar. It makes no sense to me that people would move downtown to be in the heart of downtown and then complain that they are in the heart of downtown (i.e. too much noise). Aussie's is being forced to shorten their volleyball hours of play because yuppie residents of the Catherine are complaining about noise. Don't move downtown you can't handle a little noise. Keep Austin Austin!
Luxury living in the heart of Austin, TX. I can't say enough good things about the location, the decor and overall design. The staff is very professional and will go above and beyond for you. I can't wait for the Rooftop Lounge to be finished!
