Had one of the BEST and most stellar experiences above all. This property treated me and my awesome babies just as we were residents! They spoke to each of the residents and knew them by name. The property manager was professional yet polite! We were absolutely excited to interact with each person who worlworks there today! Luxury connected with the most awesome customer service value can buy. Highly recommend with 5Star rating from a future resident 💜
The Catherine is a truly one of a kind community. With a prime location and first class amenities, it doesn't get much better! The staff is very receptive to the needs of its tenants and the property is very well managed. Jamal and Rachel are as good as it gets. Highly recommend to anybody searching for luxury apartments in the area.
I have been living in downtown Austin for three years now and I do not normally give reviews, but this deserves a long detailed review. The Good: The bar is great. Good views, fairly priced drinks. The dog park is decent sized and there's a big green area right in front of the building. The Bad: It started when I was not able to tour the floor plan I was moving into and was sent pictures of a view that was not the correct one.
