My experiences at The Catherine have always been fantastic! As a pet care provider, I gain entry to the building through the lobby, and every time I do so, I have observed the staff stop what they're doing to greet everyone who walks in, and happily take time to answer questions asked. They go above and beyond to ensure residents, and the professionals who visit the building, feel like they're the top priority at that moment. Lovely!!
The most well thought out project in downtown. Our own rooftop bar with bartender!

This new complex is next to an Austin staple..Aussie's volleybar. It makes no sense to me that people would move downtown to be in the heart of downtown and then complain that they are in the heart of downtown (i.e. too much noise). Aussie's is being forced to shorten their volleyball hours of play because yuppie residents of the Catherine are complaining about noise. Don't move downtown you can't handle a little noise. Keep Austin Austin!
