I have been waiting an hour with my 7 weeks baby for GP and as there was no one to see him we go back home although the appointment was booked by practice, poor service,
I have just had an appointment with Jay. He was so friendly, patient, efficient and understanding. Sadly, we do always get that service.
They never have any appointments available. I've called up a few times at 8am and today I called back in 26 times in order to get through to a GP however they said they could not see me. As an ex-serviceman I really don't think that this is good enough. My health is an issue sometimes and I really needed help.
Extremely sad to have been made to leave this surgery after being with them for many years. Never had any problems with them. All doctors and nurses are great, especially Dr. Feghali, who has been so amazing, along with Dr. Chitnis, Dr. Tariq and Dr. Zafar. Just upset that I couldn't stay.
