My own dentist ( who i rate as really good ) referred me to the Castle Clinic because the root canal i required was beyond his own expertise. I was a bit concerned stepping into a new practice. It has a very welcoming smart waiting room and reception, i was dealt with by Elaine a lovely receptionist. I was collected from reception by the nurse, Kelly, and introduced to Alison the specialist who was to do the treatment. Have just had some pretty complicated root canal treatment undertaken here following a referral from my usual dentist as they were unable to do it. (they had to go through a pre existing bridge !!!) I could not be more impressed with the quality of the service i recieved, every aspect of the treatment plan was fully explained the process itself was done with absolute professionalism, skill and really good humour, all the staff were really friendly and accommodating and i was put completely at ease. I visited today after months of struggles with another dentist with a very complex case. Every member of staff I came into contact with at Castle Clinic were amazing. Reception were warm friendly and caring. Justin and his assistant were brilliant. I cannot speak any higher of my experience here. Very professional, knowledgeable, personal and caring. I felt listended to for the first time in months after being messed around by another clonic. Cannot recommend Castle Clinic enough!
