Had a really negative experience visiting the shop recently and was told by the representative he ‘couldn’t be bothered speaking to me’ after I advised I didn’t have any budget in mind/dimensions for the carpet I needed. I was left dumbfounded as he walked away from me. It was the first shop I visited as I need carpet for my new home & was looking for help and expertise.
I'm 44 years old and my family have been buying Carpets from Darryl at the Carpetman for 30 years. 18th February 2025 bought a new Carpet & Underlay. Darryl was very friendly and helpful as usual. Thank you Carpetman Lancaster Ltd
Great experience from first discussions in the showroom through measuring to fitting. Everyone was very friendly, polite and punctual. Really pleased with the new carpets.
