Just had new laminate flooring fitted downstairs by The Carpet Shop after being recommended them by friends. John came out very quickly to measure up and provide a quote. Then the wait time for the floor to be fitted was not long at all. The fitter Steve did an excellent job. Both were friendly & professional throughout. Price was also very reasonable and great value for money. Would definitely use them again. 😊
Really rude and unpleasant fitter. Lacked common courtesy and basic manners. I’ve used this shop for 2 previous purchases ( one laminate and one carpet) and was so happy with everything, I never considered going anywhere else for my latest carpet purchase. Unfortunately the fitter who came this time was shockingly bad mannered. Arrived in a rush; curt, abrupt, talked over me, didn’t listen to a thing I tried to say….. quite astonishing when I had paid for the service ( quite a large carpet, £1200.00!!) and he was in my home!... read more
Purchased high quality laminates here with a reasonable full package deal price. You wouldn’t find better deal elsewhere considering there’s so many cowboys out there. The fitter included did a great job as well. Very happy Laminate shade is Heritage Oak from Abingdon Exquisite range.
Nice shop with huge variety of products on display. Lad that helped me was very knowledgeable and polite, clearly an asset for the company. Unfortunately fitting service had a bit of a wait due to very busy schedule of their fitters so we had to find faster solution. All in all great place, will be going there next time we need carpet.
Can't express enough how happy I am with my new flooring from The Carpet Shop. The laminate fitter worked nonstop all day to complete two big rooms. The carpet fitters did an amazing job. The attention to detail and pride in their work really shows. Love the results!
