If I could’ve given this firm more than five stars I would . very friendly and very helpful . . I phoned them last week as I had tried to clean my front room carpet with a vax machine. my big mistake was going over the carpet quite a few times and not removing the soap correctly. Doing this leaving me with a very wet carpet and a very musty smell in the room. Dave came gave me good advice and told me what he needed to do to correct my mistake. What a waste of money ive never seen a so called cleaner make so many excused as to why small marks wouldn't come out and wouldnt move anything just cleaned around things.Could of cleaned carpets better with soapy water which I did after he had left.One small bottle of spray probably full if water used a few times.Im no mug but this company should wear a mask
