So happy my house looks so much better and new now. Had the whole house’s carpets done! The cheapest I can find on Wirral! Boss is quick, helpful, professional and accurate on the quote! The carpet fitter Martin came on time as requested and did a super job:)
Went into the Birkenhead branch to order carpets for 2 rooms in my new apartment. The initial shop experience was great, we couldn’t have asked any more but the guy that came out to fit our carpets was possibly one of the rudest men I have ever come across whilst in their line of work. The carpet was fitted awfully with gaps all the way around one of the rooms so we called the office and sent pictures to which they agreed it was shocking and they said they’d sent someone out to fix. Have used this company since it was Taffys. Ordered 2 carpets recently and the wrong carpets were ordered 3 times. The first time I allowed them to leave the wrong carpet down as my son wasn't bothered. Then the next time they were due to fit the warehouse sent wrong carpet to the shop. 3rd time they offered me half fitting 30 but again the wrong carpet was delivered.
