Went into the Birkenhead branch to order carpets for 2 rooms in my new apartment. The initial shop experience was great, we couldn’t have asked any more but the guy that came out to fit our carpets was possibly one of the rudest men I have ever come across whilst in their line of work. The carpet was fitted awfully with gaps all the way around one of the rooms so we called the office and sent pictures to which they agreed it was shocking and they said they’d sent someone out to fix.
