Rishi is great, very professional and knowledgeable. He found me the perfect carpet for my bedroom. He was very patient and the selection in store was varied with sustainable options and reasonable prices. I went for a recycled quality. I did have some issues with the fitters, I believe better vetting would help around this. However, Rishi was apologetic and very quick to resolve them. I couldn't ask for more that that. Overall I am very satisfied with this store.
