My bedroom carpet was layed yesterday. Looks beautiful and guys who layed it are fantastic can't wait for lounge carpet now
In summary: poor communication and customer service received, faulty floor supplied, faulty fitting and replacement fitting cancelled when I shared my feedback with the company. Longer version: they failed to show for the first visit to measure up and when I called them, they said they’d had a delivery so were too busy, but no one thought to let me know. From first visiting the shop in Bitterne until the fitter left our home every aspect was absolutely first class. Customer service was exceptional. Good advice on the choice of carpet Measuring up was friendly and efficient Fitter was polite, friendly and very efficient. Would definately recommend to anyone needing new flooring Our first go to company for future needs
