Happened upon these guys randomly. They were super friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping us sort out our damaged axel. We had a time constraint as we were due to leave in less than a week. They turned the job round in 5 days. Everyone else was telling us it would be weeks rather than days. Would highly recommend and it’s a weight off knowing we have found a caravan repair shop that we can trust.
Contacted the workshop as one of the motor movers failed. Chris turned up today, checked everything and replaced two contacts to the motor. Excellent service, and quick.
We had the great fortune to discover the Caravan Workshop and have used them successfully for the past two years. So far Chris has repaired two significant water ingress issues reattached and bonded the front Lockyer bulkhead to the main frame of our caravan as well as re fixed the bathroom basin and spongy floor. Our Compass developed water ingress through the front windows. I contacted Chris, who travelled to our storage facility to inspect the van. We subsequently booked a date with him to fix the problem. A fortnight later I collected the caravan from Fordingbridge. The work was first class, on time and to the quoted price. We are delighted with the excellent friendly and professional service we received. I highly recommend The Caravan Workshop and have already booked our next service.
Staying in the campsite next to this workshop I had an issue with a towing light board. I needed some holes drilled and a nut and bolt to help fix it on. I turned up and the young gentleman couldn’t have been more helpful. Drilled the holes for me and gave me a the parts I needed all free of charge. Very rare nowadays. If I lived nearer I would have my Motorhome serviced and looked after by this company for sure. Thank you
