Best experience I’ve had buying a used vehicle. From the start James was very friendly and non-pushy. I was really happy with the van I bought. About 9 weeks after buying, the auxiliary belt snapped while I was out in it. I messaged James, he instantly replied (on a Sunday too!) and told me to get the van to his place for them to look at. I did this. By 12pm the following day his mechanic had replaced the belt (and replaced a damaged sensor) free of charge and it was ready to collect for me to be on my way. James offers an excellent service. I bought a car from the Car Range a number of months ago and it’s been excellent. To speak further to James’ service, the car had a minor issue upon collection which he said he would sort out under warranty. James was happy for the issue to be resolved by a garage local to me, saving me a long trip to Doncaster, and he sorted the bill promptly. Would highly recommend!
Just bought my car from here, James was great. The service truly is 10/10. Went above and beyond to keep my custom even after I had a slight issue with the finance. I would highly recommend and will probably be back in the future!
Excellent service yet again from James we had problem with engine management light coming on our car we purchased a few weeks ago. Let James know he told us to get it fixed locally and he paid . Highly recommended. Lovely to deal with such a genuine guy. Thanks James.
