Awful rude workers, no consideration to the neighbours around. One of the workers did not like the fact we had previously called them out and the next day one of the workers dragged their tool against our car!They blare their music from 8am -6pm when they have been asked kindly multiple times to turn it down and they just laugh. Don’t speak English. They have caused mess to our garden, cement dripped on to our paving stones. They are truly an unprofessional company with a disgusting attitude.

I live next door to one of their properties, the tenants are disruptive in multiple ways from noise and slamming doors, to improper disposing of their rubbish and tenants smoking in their rooms with the smoke wafting into our house. The landlords have ignored our complaints and what we have been listened to for, have made promises to improve with no result. They continue to neglect their properties and disrupt the community with the nature of their business.

I have been scammed out of money from this group. I was told at the start of the tenancy that they’ll pay for the water bill but low and behold I got hit with a 400 pound water bill that I had to pay on top of my rent. They kept delaying till I eventually was harassed into paying the bill myself. This has been the worst experience of my life and I’ll be taking them to small claims court.
