I have been going to Capital Grille with my family as well as for business dinners since the King of Prussia restaurant opened. I will state that the restaurant has gone very much down hill. This is my personal experience - The last 4 reservations were a nightmare. Each time I was promised a certain table the reservation was given to someone else and the reserved time was 1-1.5 later than our reservation. Went to this restaurant for my anniversary. Had a wonderful meal and staff could not have been better!

Good but not great. Service was ok, and food could have been better
Great food and mediocre service. – Great steak, but the service was kinda slow....... Our waiter wouldn't even refill our water in a timely manner.
Great steaks but pricey – I went here for my Birthday and had a great time. Steak was amazing but a bit expensive. I would go again.

Great for non-steak eaters too – I'm not big on ordering steaks out but this place even does great with their other menu items. Great seafood and sides, and knowledgeable bartenders. They didnt have the wine I normally drink but the bartender made a recommendation of something similar and I ended up liking that better!
