Although I wasn’t registered with the centre as I was on Holiday they called me back within 1 hour and I received an appointment with a Nurse named Sheena. She was extremely professional, friendly and thorough in the treatment she provided. I would highly recommend this practice to any in the area
Already been with the practice for just about a year ,and nothing but good service. Found out what was happening with my mum in 3 months than any other practices saying it was just “asthma”. Lovely doctors ,and some ladies can be a bit intimidating at the reception but, can deal with that. Thank you Bydand!
Not even worth one star. Bydand Medical Centre, Huntly has been consistently awful over the past 20 years — and sadly, things have only gotten worse. While the occasional locum doctor has been helpful, the overall standard of care is completely unacceptable. The reception staff are often rude and dismissive, making you feel like a nuisance rather than a patient in need. I have never had any problems whatsoever with appointments, prescriptions, treatments etc all the staff friendly and professional.
