The Bug Guy team just left my house and I can't really complain about their actual work, as time will tell how effective it is, but they left our gate wide open which allowed our French Bulldog to escape. Very unprofessional. All pets are important to their families, but considering the price of these dogs, it makes them that much more susceptible to being stolen. We're lucky our neighbors are honest and posted in the Nextdoor app that they found her. If they could manage to exercise lessons we learned in Kindergarten and sh... read more

We have been using this company for a year now and I will never use another. Keith has been amazing when he comes out. He is always on time and even takes a moment to greet my toddler and our dogs before he gets to work. All around this company is just amazing!
