Paid for treatment and a few days later and there is a giant spider in our sink. We walk outside and there is a spider running out of the flowers on to the sidewalk. I called and asked for them to come back and they said it would be another 109.00!!! I said but the first one didn’t work and I had also given them additional business and they were going to get back with me. The next thing I know the retreat is done and I have to pay another $109. RecommendedI had an issue and posted on here about it. I had a conversation with the Owner and we were able to resolve the issue faster than I have with any other company. These people care about the customer and rectifying their mistakes.
I can't say enough great things about this company. We have used them several times and every experience from the super sweet lady who books your appointment to the tech who does the job is high quality customer service.

Switched to The Bug Guy after an uncomfortable situation with our initial pest control company we used after moving into our home two years ago. Mark and his whole staff are polite, friendly, and happy to accommodate for unexpected problems! It has been a pleasure working with them and we will continue to be loyal customers!
