We had a wonderful time at Tea! Fabulous decorations! Excellent food! Ladies room was very hot, sweltering!
To tell the truth, the food isn't really worth what you pay. Last Friday before attending the Denver Symphony, me & husband decided to go to The Brown for lunch. The service was slow, and other things went wrong. My hamburger was under cooked/pink inside, which I wasn't expecting. Shouldn't you be asked how you want your hamburger cooked? Was walking down the street and noticed this cool old building. Went inside and it was an amazing old world jewel decorated for Christmas. And I had the best sandwich I have ever had thanks to my waiter -Ed, who recommended the Lobster BLT HIGHLY RECOMMEND you visit this wonderful trip back in time.
Don’t stay here if you want a little peace and quiet! I mean seriously they start vacuuming the lobby at 9pm every night!!!! Expensive breakfast and the pianist in the evening must be nice for those popping in for high tea but for paying guests it’s too bloody loud. I’m on the 7th floor and all I can hear is him badly padding the keys.
