Campagne cascade was too crowded, poorly run, overhyped for what it was. They only poured enough champagne to fill part of the top four layers and it went no further. Dont borher ever going to this.
It should have 5 stars and would have except this mornings Champagne pour was a fiasco! Yesterday we were told by the concierge, that she recommended we stand downstairs and pointed out someplace to stand. Today we get to the event 1hour 20 minutes early and stand where the concierge recommended. Then 10 minutes before the Event we are moved out of that location. We went up to the 4th then 5th and finally our room floor 6th, and could not see the event. We just called to have our car brought around and tried to leave. But no... read more
Seriously my favorite hotel in Denver! The rooms were beauty and cozy, the food was beyond delicious, it delivered top-notch customer service! We celebrated our anniversary and the staff went out of their way to bring us complimentary champagne. They even gave me a Rose! They’ve done a great job at keeping the hotel up to date, and clean while maintains the historic vibe! We’ll definitely be back!
My husband and I were married on December 5, 2014 and held our reception at The Brown Palace. We begin in the seating area, moved to the lounge and then to our room. We have loved our experience there and the staff were incredible! Thank you for helping us enjoy our amazing day. We have stayed there before our wedding and will be there at our vow renewal in 2019!
Service was superb. I highly recommend this luxurious hotel.
