Brookwood has been a really terrible place to live. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's an awful place in relation to price, AND the staff is rude. Maintenance requests do not actually get fixed i.e. our power works in half of the apartment less than half of the time due to an electrical issue that has not been resolved since we moved in TEN MONTHS AGO. Do not live here. The management will turn the water off on their residents without giving them any notice. I understand emergencies happen, but even when they had knowledge of a scheduled time the water would be turned off for a non emergency circumstance, they do not let their residents know of this scheduled time for the water to be off. For emergencies, it takes 3 minutes to type an email to send to your mass resident email list to notify them of the emergency; however, the staff at Mayfair chooses not to do this.
