My experience has been horrible. Our toilet constantly clogs up running all over the floor. The tub drain stopped working. The cabinet doors literally fall off the hinges every time they are fixed. We also discovered that mold is on every single window sill in our apt. I treat it every single day bc the windows aren’t double pane. We signed a 4 mo lease bc we are in the process of buying another house. Praying we are out of here ASAP!

It started off kind of great, not so much now. To start I wanted washer/dryer connections. When I went to sign the lease, the day I had to leave town for 2 weeks, they mysteriously did not have one available... Both laundry facilities are disgusting (see picture of mushrooms growing from the ceiling). They don’t keep them clean or in working order. They do not fix work orders. My window iced over from the inside. The units have terrible insulation and it’s caused me to stay sick. If your looking here, please move along and look elsewhere. This is more of a headache than you bargain for.
My main issue (and I have lived here through 3 management companies) is that Resource Residential treats you as an investment and not as an individual. I just try to avoid the office as much as possible. Management does not answer phone calls nor do they answer e-mails. When we first moved here, we were individuals with individual needs - people cared when you were sick. Barely hung up the phone and maintenance was at ths door. I do love the maintenance men. Easier to tell the good point. There's only one; the location. Not sure that's enough. UPDATE: Another week begins...another "water emergency". How many hours will we have to go sans flush this time? It was nearly twelve hours last week.
