I am so glad we decided to do a private hypnobirthing course with Lara-Jo. My partner and I felt at ease from the first time we met Lara and we were able to openly explore our hopes and fears around birth. Lara oozes enthusiasm for what she does and this serves to make the course with her feel personal and very meaningful. Highly, highly recommend The Brilliant Birth Club. I've found there to be a lot of information out there, and Lara-Jo was fantastic at helping us decide on what we want for our birth and what is best for us. The practical exercises and relaxation methods taught were particularly beneficial, helping us navigate the birthing process with more ease and less anxiety. We did a hypnobirthing course with Lara online, and we loved it! Lara made it fun, interesting, informal, easy to follow and really helped put my mind at ease for our upcoming birth. My husband was sceptical but he really enjoyed it thanks to Lara. We would thoroughly recommend.
