I can’t recommend Jo enough. She is a skilled and caring osteopath. The consultation I had recently gave me a detailed insight into my musculoskeletal issues and the treatment that followed was thorough and effective. Thank you

Jo took time to understand not only my aches and pains, but also to understand me, and the possible underlying causes. The first session sorted my shoulder much more than expected, be prepared to be bent and stretched a little(or a lot!) but it did the trick. Would recommend without hesitation (and have).

Jo is very caring, and highly trained and experienced in treating scoliosis. Her ongoing specific treatments and exercises for my late- onset symptoms, mean that I have come from being in a lot of pain, with curtailment of activities such as rambling and gardening, to now walking for 90 minute stretches, pulling weeds, and light housework. Not bad at at 79!
