Rude with a side of false advertising. I'd recommend going anywhere else.
I've been working with the team at The Brains for about 7 months now as they've been assisting us with our SEO/PPC activity. We've been impressed with the results so far, the team does a great job of explaining every part of the process, and they're a friendly bunch too. Can't recommend them enough!
I contacted The Brains about a problem with our website. They responded quickly. However when I tried to follow up neither of my calls were returned and so I decided to get my SEO and hosting services elsewhere.
