Updated review: It is now 2 years since the new boiler was installed by Matt and his team. The boiler has performed flawlessly and we have found our gas bills are much lower than with our old system. Matt services the boiler for us every year and is always a pleasure to deal with. Cannot speak highly enough of this firm, they do great work and we highly recommend them. A now occasionally leaking, 35 year old cast iron central heating & hot water boiler sited in an upstairs bedroom cupboard with a vertical flue through the loft and roof needed replacing. After replying to a phone message promptly, and assessing the situation quickly, Mat Baker from The Boiler Replacement Company (Essex) Limited suggested a new Worcester Bosch boiler sited in the garage below, with a new flue outlet in the pitched roof over the garage. Mat responded very quickly to an emergency and clearly explained the problem and how it needed to be solved. His manner and service was very professional.
Leak in upstairs bathroom. Matt offered to come immediately, and resolved the issue. Cannot complain about the response and service.
