Had a reflexology session this morning for myself and as a birthday treat for my friend. Maria was excellent, the procedure was great, and we both left very relaxed, and practically floated out! 😃.. Highly recommended...
I called The Body Matters and discussed the type of pain I needed help with. They recommended an appointment with Matthew Oliver, who was absolutely wonderful. After one session of dry needling/massage, my shoulder felt better than it has for a decade. He was brilliant at talking through pain, causes and strategies for pain prevention - I can't recommend him highly enough and my only regret is not finding him years ago!
Once again Mathew helped me ease my back pain in just a 30 minute session. Thank you.

My therapist, Matthew, is very knowledgeable and professional, always looking to provide holistic therapy and practical tips you can use at home to reduce long-term symptoms. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an osteopath.
I have visited Matthew on a number of occasions and am always impressed with his knowledge and his approach. He has helped me overcome shoulder pains and general back problems and I wouldn't now go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
