Ordered wind deflectors for my car came in a perfectly good box and one of the front ones was snapped in half
I recently purchased wind deflectors of this company for a mk6 jetta. After verifing they are the correct ones had now admitted they are a bit big. They will simply never ever fit. Yet to send refund or even offer. Lots of good quality wind deflectors out there don't get caught with this rubbish.
Ordered wind deflectors but clips were missing and they refused to answer my many calls and Amazon said they won’t help and it’s the sellers problem.
I ordered the wrong wind deflectors by mistake and cancelled straight away, the money had came out of my account straight away, told I'd get my refund and as of yet I've still not received it, I've tried getting in touch but with no response, am intitled to my refund and will keep trying, am highly disappointed in this company.
Sent wrong parts ignored phone call obviously poor customer service.
