Very happy with our blinds. They were expertly measured and fitted. Thank you to Tina and the team.
Called within a day to arrange measuring appointment, guy came within another day or two and they were delivered and fitted 3 weeks later, so all in the process took one month which was very reasonable considering they’re made to measure, fitter was a lovely guy and I’m 100% happy with the process.
Bit disappointed really. Seem pleasant enough people but blinds look flimsy in a bay window. I thought they would look heavier/ more substantial / weighted given they cost approx 300 pounds. Contacted the shop twice via email, they replied to say they missed my email. They offered to come out on a Tues morning, which I couldn't do. When I suggested a Saturday, they just didn't reply...I just gave up in the end....

Would never use blind spot again, we chose a colour to match our bed and then when they came they look completely different. I rang up to complain and was told for them changed I’d have to pay. I asked if the manager could ring me. This was weeks ago and I’m still waiting her the call. The cords in the kitchen barely work and actually hurt your hands trying to get the blinds up or down. For the price of blinds, it’s dreadful service.
