Very disappointing and concerning experience. I paid £180 for a cryotherapy appointment that lasted no more than five minutes. During the procedure, the doctor openly stated that the canisters were not working properly — all three she attempted to use appeared faulty. Despite this, the appointment proceeded as though treatment had been administered.
