My friend ordered a soup and it took 30 minutes for them to acknoldege that it wasnt ready. The black cat said it was only 20 minutes. A soup should come out in 10 minutes
I love eating at the Black Cat when I visit Los Angeles. My niece lives nearby and every time I visit her we go to the Black Cat for drinks and dinner. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Yum!!
