The Bitter End

4.4

About this business

Founded in 1961, the Bitter End is New York's oldest rock club. There is no food served here, so you do not have to worry about the sounds of tinkling glasses and quaking crockery distracting the likes of Stevie Wonder, Neil Diamond and Bob Dylan. Over the years, a number of big name comedians have performed here as well, including Woody Allen, George Carlin and Joan Rivers. A brick wall forms the backdrop for all these acts, including many you may not have heard about.

This New York City music venue is iconic. Richie Cannata's Monday night jam is something not to be missed. And if you've got the chops, get up on stage with some of the best musicians in town. The band will blow you away!

The Bitter End is a historic club that really still promotes upcoming musicians and really treats the performers very well. Very pleased with how well my son's event their went. They not only have a great sound system but are willing to record your set. They paid my son immediately after his set and he was given more money than he expected .
