I spoke with Jamie in relation to a biomass boiler that I had gone out to repair as the manufacturer in Austria would not help me and the in country didn't have any tech engineers to help. After a conversation and some photos exchanged Jamie directed me to some settings changes and that was the boiler up and running again. This was a great service from a fellow engineer who did not need to help me out as they are not the importers of the boilers.
Really prompt and efficient service and excellent product at a very good price. Will definitely use again
