I worked with Rance Cagle. He was an awesome representative and answered any questions I had. Made a process I barely understood a cakewalk. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Very knowledgeable about the process and always had timely responses. Always made sure to work around my schedule considering I work nights.
This was a simple process. We listed with agent( Mary) on day one and had an offer the next day. The day of closing may have taken thirty minutes. This group made the complete process so very simple .
Lacey was very cool to work with. She helped us look at several different homes in the area we wanted to live and was very instrumental in narrowing those choices down to the one we wanted. Along the way she also helped us dodge a few bullets.
They will work hard to find you your dream forever home!!!! They took a lot of time showing us 20+ homes until we found the best one beautiful view beautiful good price .
The real estate agent was awesome Billy Houston group really screwed me over I have nothing but problems with my home the person he recommended to inspect it list of all kinds of things I went by that report on a decision to buy my house now I'm spending thousands to repair things. I tried calling him back to find out what I could do about the inspector saying things are okay but we're actually bad never heard back from you even after several calls stay away from Billy Houston group
I contracted with the Billy Houston Group to sell my condo in Knoxville. The agency was very professional and helpful during the entire sales process. My agent Caroline Schusterick guided me through accurately pricing my property and was influential with high number of social media contacts in getting a good number of showings for the property.
