I was buying a home in Maryville Tn while living in Az. due to the covid crisis I was unable to be on the ground in Tn. I asked him for help in finding a single story 3 bedroom around 2500 sf within a few miles of Lamar Alexander and Broadway. I told I would pay cash. We greatly enjoyed working with Lacy to find our first home. We met her through her First Time Homebuyers Class which was very informational (and they gave you free beer)! When it was time to dive in, the experience was difficult at times (purchasing in a crazy market), but Lacy kept encouraging us along the way. We ended up finding a house that was perfect for us and checked all the boxes. She was a great partner during our process and we were happy with our decisions to use her services!
