Stephanie was sweet in person but her communication skills during the process could have been better. For example, she confirmed the property had been surveyed prior to closing and only after I drove over to Gatlinburg and walked the property did she admit the survey wasn't completed. She could have been watching out for us since we're not realtors but that wasn't my perception. Also, the details such as a key paperwork that should have been completed at the beginning was never completed. I will say, the closing did go well ... read more
