⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I took my son's bike to this shop, and the shopkeeper told me he would replace the inner tube, tire, breaks and pedal . But only the inner tube was changed. The tire was not replaced, and he fitted a mismatched oversized pedal on one side, making it hard for my son to ride the bike properly. Brilliant service here, Excellent work, I've certainly found the best bike shop for a long while. Love how the tools are out, the guys here are proper bike mechanics. Money well spent.
I should have checked here before going. Same problems as others mentioned. Rude and inappropriate man, shop is a mess. Avoid and just go elsewhere.
If I could leave 0 stars I would the person on the phone was completely unprofessional and was very aggravated on the phone, unwilling to give me any sort of guide price for enquired services. I am utterly disappointed as when it comes to tire or innertube changes the shop is quite helpful in the past but today the person on the phone was utterly rude and that does not promote business.
