Awesome guys here, had a mechanical problem 70k into an epic 500km charity bike ride, fixed it in ten minutes and didn't even charge for the part.
These guys are great, and super helpful. I get my bikes serviced there. All fine, with no problems - worth booking ahead as they do get busy. BUT twice now in busy periods they have helped me with little issues that have made me want to scream and shout because I can't sort them, a wheel, a tyre, where I've taken a bike apart and couldn't put it back together - where I've needed it in the next few days, and they've done it there and then in about 5 minutes, and they take pleasure in giving advice that will help you next time... read more
