Having left my bike for over a year after a downhill weekend it needed some serious tlc. My bike was fully serviced and cleaned within an inch of its life . New brake pads and full torque . Great service and a price that wasn't eye watering . Highly recommended
Sam was friendly, responsive & value for money in dealing with a broken lower jockey wheel. We were on a multi day off road trip across the Purbecks and I faced having to scratch - thankfully Google search introduced us to The Bike Shop. And 30 minutes or so later, off we set again. Cheers Sam.
I rebuilt my bike in swanage after travelling from London and realised I lost a crucial part. I came down with limited hope that this small bike shop would stock my unique part for my bike. But both of the owners spent time looking through lots of spare parts to look for a fix and they found a great short term fix and a great price. Thanks guys, I'll be coming again when I lose the next part of my bike.
