Between the door men watching me lug my bag in (they did hold the door) to having to ask the front desk girl if we could check in because she ignored us and then was not warm at all, then having to ask for someone to help with bags in the first 10 mins it was clear this is not a luxury hotel. Our room while it has a view the wall has dirt streaks on it, the furniture is worn and tattered and only one device can access wireless without paying an absurd price. Buena higiene. Cómoda habitación y excelente localización para ver el lado de viviendas de Manhattan. Ceca de comercios.
The rooms are small, no closet to hung your clothes up. You get an small warwode closet. No coffee maker or ironing board in the room. I always had to call the front desk for some ice. I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
2015 no problems second stay here. Love the view from the bar on roof
Nice, clean, large rooms (especially by NYC standards) and great location for Upper East Side visits.
