We stayed on the 11th floor & had a beautiful view, staff was nice but it was strange there are no ice machines so you have to wait a hour for a bucket of ice. It was also horrible that the chairs in our room were falling apart, the armrests on the chairs are torn so in all of our beautiful pictures everyone kept asking why was the furniture so ragady, especially for the amount of money per night

Okay stayed there last night. Very Clean and decor is metropolitan comfort. Price was fair and pizza in the attached restaurant was okay. But $18 for an airline bottle of Greygoose.
Loved our stay.

Recently stayed at the Bentley Hotel for 7 nights for my 21st Birthday. What a great hotel! Such friendly/polite staff always smiling and very professional. Fatima on reception was a star, very friendly and helpful so thank you Fatima, what a great asset to the team. Absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely recommend and come back here again!
I've stayed here a few times because it is close to the hospital I have cancer treatments at. This time around we choose a king size bed with a roll in cot for our adult son. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is wonderful. We booked through Expedia and so far have had no issues. Yes mini bar prices are high but in line with any other hotel in NYC. I'd recommend staying here.
Love the hotel, close to 42nd, in the heart of Manhattan and staffs are great.
