I liked the hotel. Everything was exactly as described except for the lack of internet in the room. I paid $24.95 for 3 days of access and kept getting thrown off. Very frustrating. I called the internet service provider and they said that the hotel doesn't have enough routers. I resented paying anything especially because the room rate was so high. The staff was very nice. I ordered ice 2x and never had to wait. The room could use some sprucing up. Paint etc. it is beginning to look shabby.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel but when we checked in the things that were on the list in the mini bar were not in the room luckily I noticed right away or I may have been charged for them also there were a pair of pants under the bed and open beers on the refrigerator . I think it's kind of strange that the room was supposed to be cleaned and there was clothes in there and open beer and I also find it strange that they put a 75.00 hold for incidentals and the amount of missing items totaled 78.00.

The Bentley always takes good care of us. The beds are so comfortable, the room modern, the staff friendly and professional. No wonder we keep returning.

We have stayed at the Bentley four times. Our last stay was in May at which time we were there for nearly a month. The staff went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable. My husband was in the hospital for part of our stay, so much of my time was spent walking to and from the hospital. It's just a very nice place to stay, with easy access to everything. Having a view of the East River is a big bonus, plus the Riverwalk right behind the hotel is great.
