Great location, super friendly and helpful staff and an incredible "standard" room, especially by NYC standards. Comfortable bed, linens and amenities. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to others.
Off the beaten path location. Five blocks from subway. Nice guest room but old lobby. 3 stars. Then again it was only $199 for the night in NYC. Cool bridge outside my window. Generally fine. :)
Great hotel in Manhattan's Upper East Side. You will not find a better price in this neighborhood! There are many restaurants/pharmacies and supermarkets close to it, and it is close to the subway as well. Great quality for the price. Great customer service as well. Gran hotel en la parte Este Alta de Manhattan. ¡No hay hoteles por este precio en este barrio! Está cerca de muchos restorantes, farmacias, supermercados y del metro. gran calidad por el precio. Muy buen servicio al cliente también. Hablan español.

Lovely sized bedroom and bed, bathroom needed some work doing and unfortunately we over looked a grubby park!
OKKK FIRST WE WAS TRICK BY THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE..THEN UPON OUR ARRIVAL WE ASK FA A ROOM WITH CITY VIEW OKKKKK WE GOT A VIEW OF AN APARTMENT LOOKING DOWN IN PPL HOMES HAVING DINNER N ETC��..THE PRICES OF THE MINI BAR WAS RIDICULOUS WEN SAY RIDICULOUS...THEN THE FRONT DESK CLERK HAD NO IDEA WHERE WAS SOME NICE PLACE TO VISIT NO BROCHURES NOTHING...OHHHH YEAH WE DIDNT HAVE ANY CLEAN TOWELS IN OUR ROOM EITHER �...OVER PRICES FA THE LITTLE SERVICES YOU RECEIVED!!!!!
