Bentley hotel was one of the best thing I enjoyed in New York. Felt save , welcomed. The service was amazing. The food , The location, the people. Big thank you to Jose the Custmer service. He was so kind, respected, & friendly. I think In any places like Bentley hotel we need some one like Jose to work at. He just made us feel comfortable, & the best thing he was smiling all the times. Great place. Great workers. Great service.
