Thermostat is broken, so it's like the surface of the sun in here. NO one has come to fix it. Asked for extra pillows, got nothing. Paid $13 for Wifi, and it boots me off every ten minutes (Who charges for WIFI? The storage place up the street offers if for free!). TV is out, went to order a movie and it's unavailable. For what you charge a night, you should be ashamed!
