If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't let the pretty building fool you. My mother-in-law and her companion were here briefly. There were problems nearly every day. There were issues with nutrition and food scarcity, unprofessional staff, staff not getting paid and sleeping on the job, crooked and chaotic management and little to no service provided. If I could give the community a 0 rating I would. This review is not based the community or the staff, this is strictly about the owners (Fran and Patrick). I went to visit a resident that reside in the community. I was there about an hour before Fran enter the room and to meet the resident, for the first time. Mind you, that the resident had been residing in her community for seven months already, but I digress. My stepdad has been there over a year and he is very happy. He loves the food and the people and when your world is so small that's is most important.

The Bellaire is a great place for your loved ones. The owners Patrick and Fran really go above and beyond the care of the residents. They do listen to the needs of the residents. Along with a good staff of caregivers and a great cook the residents have a great team of people.

Mr. Boyd was very helpful with getting my mother in and settled. Very nice, clean, comfortable room, and living areas. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My mom is in very good hands. Thank you
