I received excellent service from proprietor Tristan. I was in a fix needing to obtain a trundle bed for delivery within the week. A tall order. Having received a six wk delivery period from a larger outlet at a price 20% higher than The Bed Store. I called into the Bed Store and Tristan confirmed he would be able to supply both frame and mattresses within four working days. I can't fault the service I received when I purchased my new bed. They had exactly what I was looking for so it was ordered and delivered on time and the friendly delivery guys even put it together for me. I can highly recommend The Bed Store if your looking for a good quality bed at a reasonable price.
The owner of this establishment demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism and interpersonal skills, which raises concerns about his ability to run a business effectively. My mother has experienced two separate incidents involving poor customer service, both of which could have been easily avoided with better handling. The owner is particularly unreasonable when it comes to refunds, even for items still in their original packaging and well within the return window. Couldn’t find a 2f6” shorty bed with storage anywhere online until I went to bed store Saltney I was so surprised and delighted they could get this for me in the fabric I wanted and the delivery was free too they were friendly and very efficient the delivery man was so polite and nothing was too much trouble definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again
